Shipping Policy:
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days for readily available items. The delivery lead times for made to measure garments will be 4-6 weeks. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Returns Policy
Thanks for shopping at MaRee Style. If you are not entirely satisfied with the item, we're here to help.
Returns: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have proof of purchase / confirmation with a reason for refund.
Returns or Exchanges cannot be made on 'made to measure' items.
Refunds & Exchange Policy
Refunds: Once we receive your shop item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If stock is unavailable, alternative sizes or fabric will be offered, if this is still not suitable, a full refund will be made.
